About the role

We are seekinga highly motivated, forward thinking Wellbeing & Injury Management Coordinator to join our team! in this role, you will provide sound advice and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the TasNetworks Wellbeing & Injury Management Workers Compensation process.You willsupport our team members to achieve optimal recovery and return to work outcomes through the coordination of proactive wellbeing, injury and illness prevention initiatives with the support of the Safety & Wellbeing team. You are a hard worker and enjoy working as part of a happy and energised team who are focussed on achieving goals in alignment with our business strategy.

About the Business

At TasNetworks, we own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 285,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers.

About you

A degree or tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Field is favourable. Having minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in either Workers' Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation roles is crucial. You have sound knowledge and proven experience in applying principles of the legislation relating to Workers Compensation & Injury Management is crucial.
