As a Client Services Officer you will be responsible for providing high quality proactive support, working closely with our experienced team of advisers and managers to ensure the companies high standards of service are consistently delivered to new and existing clients.
The main responsibilities are but not limited to:
Assist in the preparation of documentation for advice, investment administration, client reviews and general administration
Lodgement and monitoring progress of day to day tasks such as client requests, applications, correspondence from fund managers, life companies and superannuation providers, etc.
Liaison with clients, service providers and accountants
Actively updating and maintaining our client management systems
Managing client communications via mail, telephone and e-mail
Following up outstanding requirements with clients and providers, in conjunction with advisers
Assisting in managing compliance policies and procedures
General office duties including filing, photocopying, binding, scanning and data entry as required
The role will see the successful candidate have a diversity of tasks involving exposure to various aspects of financial planning, accounting, client interaction, compliance and general office administration.
The successful candidate should essentially possess the following attributes:
Experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the financial services industry
Xplan experience is essential
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Excellent analytical, organisation, time management and prioritising skills
Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of people
Initiative, proactive nature and self-motivated with the ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
Well-presented, enthusiastic and professional approach
