Due to an internal promotion we have available a full-time position for a Bookkeeper/Receptionist. This role will report to the Company Accountant and Operations Manager and will be a challenge for someone who is motivated and interested in providing the best service possible to our customers.
The position offers excellent career opportunities, with the successful candidate likely to take increasing responsibility for the accounts administrative functions of the business when required. It is a great opportunity for someone keen to develop their skills in Accounts/Finance.
Key responsibilities for this permanent position are:
General Reception /Front desk duties
Supporting with international shipments
Ordering stationery, office supplies, organising couriers and mail
General Office duties, including banking
Key qualities for this permanent position are:
Must have experience in Accounting software Xero.
Previous Accounts Receivable experience is highly desired
Professional appearance and pleasant phone manner
Ability to problem solve and work in a high-pressure environment
Responsible and Reliable, must have own transport
Strong Computer Skills, PC preferred with experience in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
Experience in inventory management software Cin7 is highly advantageous
Previous experience in an Administrative role is preferred
