Flinders Cardiac/Heart & Vascular is a partnership between Adelaide's leading cardiologists with a workforce of 80 plus professional and support staff operating at multiple locations including Flinders Private and Calvary Adelaide Hospitals.
We have a long term career opportunity for an all-round experienced Finance Officer operating at a senior level.
This Finance and Administrative role requires well-rounded experience in all facets of the business finance function, minimum 3 years, particularly in the following:
Month end reconciliations & reporting
Compiling reports for board meetings
Payroll processing and HR record management using MYOB,
AP and AR
Database modelling and analytics,
BAS, payroll tax and other statutory reporting.
You will have:
Accounting studies to Diploma or Degree level,
Proficiency in MYOB, Excel, Word and Outlook,
Excellent attention to detail and focus on tasks,
Professional verbal and written communication skills,
Strong knowledge of administrative systems and processes, ideally developed within the Healthcare environment,
Ability to work autonomously,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and
Be able to work in Australia.
