Flinders Cardiac/Heart & Vascular is a partnership between Adelaide's leading cardiologists with a workforce of 80 plus professional and support staff operating at multiple locations including Flinders Private and Calvary Adelaide Hospitals.

We have a long term career opportunity for an all-round experienced Finance Officer operating at a senior level.  

This Finance and Administrative role requires well-rounded experience in all facets of the business finance function, minimum 3 years, particularly in the following:

  • Month end reconciliations & reporting           
  • Compiling reports for board meetings                    
  • Payroll processing and HR record management using MYOB,   
  • AP and AR                     
  • Bank reconciliations, 
  • Database modelling and analytics,   
  • BAS, payroll tax and other statutory reporting.

You will have: 

  • Accounting studies to Diploma or Degree level,
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Excel, Word and Outlook,
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on tasks,
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong knowledge of administrative systems and processes, ideally developed within the Healthcare environment,
  • Ability to work autonomously,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and
  • Be able to work in Australia.
