ABOUT THE ROLE

As Director, Federal Government Division you will be primarily accountable for the areas of business development, software implementation, professional services delivery and account management for the Federal Government Division, including Defence and Defence Industry.

In this role you will also be responsible for nurturing and managing partner relationships with Industry, including consulting organisations, and work with these organisations to develop new software and services opportunities within Defence and across Federal Government.

By taking the Holocentric vision to Federal Government,  Defence Groups and Services and supporting Industry organisations that work to improve Federal Government operational performance, compliance and conformance, you will help us to win new professional services engagements and software sales and ensure that they get great value from their investment in Holocentric.

You will be responsible for agreed revenue and profit targets for the Federal Government Division.

Exceptional leadership and team management capability will be essential in this role, and you will be expected to develop and lead the Canberra consulting team to assist our clients to gain great value from Holocentric products and promote the development of custom solutions for clients that will further amplify the value they derive.

Collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders, you will be comfortable negotiating project terms and conditions with clients. Comprehensively identifying project risks and challenges, you will quickly develop resolution plans to mitigate any adverse effects.

As the successful candidate you will also be a member of the Holocentric Senior Leadership Team (SLT) contribute to setting the strategic direction of the Company. The role will also provide opportunities to develop networks more broadly within Volaris. 

LOCATION

Based in Canberra, you will engage with the Holocentric SLT to build and develop networks across our Federal Government clients, partners and prospects and to identify and prioritise prospective business opportunities.
