Redline Brewing Co, is an established Brewhouse and Bistro located in the Historic Tramsheds complex in Sydney's Inner West. Showcasing high quality produce, service and industrial decor with an open kitchen. A small tight knit professional, dynamic & friendly team.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled full-time Pastrycook to join our team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate IV and 5 years experience
  • A creative flair with extensive food knowledge and passion for quality and consistency
  • Attention to detail
  • Resilient and able to perform in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in running a section
  • Excellent communication, delegation and time-management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent Knowledge of HACCP and Food Hygiene Procedures
  • Immaculate Personal Presentation
  • Passion and willingness to learn
  • Be available to work week nights & weekends

You will be responsible for preparation, baking and decoration a wide range of pastries at the required quality level; checking quality of materials and condition of equipment used for cooking and baking; adhering to a high hygiene standard.

Operating Hours
We are open for lunch & dinner Monday to Sunday. 

Salary $55k to $65k
