Here at Link Engine Management we build performance technology that has made us a global leader in engine management systems for the motorsport industry. If you're a drifter, rally driver, circuit racer, drag car driver or even a snowmobile racing champion, chances are that you have or want to have our software taking you to the podium.

Due to our continued international success, we have just opened a brand-new Brisbane office and are now on the hunt for a Sales and Logistics Administrator with exceptional skills and passion to help grow Link to be the most sought-after performance technology in the world.

Reporting to our Brisbane-based Global Technical Support Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a wide range of Sales Administration support focused on ensuring all our customers orders, enquiries and payments are administered in a professional, proactive and timely manner and that appropriate/ proactive action is consistently taken to build great customer relationships.
  • Logistics and Stock Management including: inbound stock receipting; picking, packing + dispatching orders as well as providing support at, and organisation of, trade shows, exhibitions and events in Australia.
  • Providing general office support including all the normal things such as looking after the mail, reporting, phone handling and generally keeping the place well-organised and appropriately stocked with office consumables.

To be in the running for this outstanding start-up opportunity, you will need to:

  • Possess a positive personality with at least 3 years experience successfully managing customer relationships and associated administration
  • Be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Be self-reliant and highly proactive
  • Be a skilled time juggler - you manage your time like a pro and know the value of good process
  • Be a small team player know we all muck in and do what we need to do to make it happen
  • Ideally have experience attending events and representing brands and be able to work + travel occasional weekends to attend motorsport tradeshows
  • Have a Motorsports/electronics background or experience (Desirable not essential)
