The Role

As a result of company growth, this new role for a Customer Service Consultant at our Gold Coast office has been created. This position will be the first point of contact to ensure that customers are helped in a prompt, professional, supportive, and friendly manner, with a view to assisting our sales activities and cementing relationships with customers.

Our Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for inbound calls, customer service enquiries and emails.  Additionally, you will receive and process orders for the sales department, provide assistance with management of the retail showroom and make follow-up calls to help our customers with their buying queries and decisions.

Experience / Attributes

  • High level communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Have an excellent phone manner, the ability to relate to people over the phone and manage sensitive issues that may arise
  • A minimum of 2-years experience with order entry into financial management programmes, such as MYOB
  • Be organised, presentable, friendly and efficient to all customers and contacts
  • Good working knowledge MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM/ETMS customer management systems is desirable but not essential 
  • Internal sales or sales administration within the healthcare, or Assistive Technology industry is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work within a team, with minimum supervision and show initiative

This is a full-time, office-based role from Monday to Friday (8am to 4:30pm).
