We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a private business which has a strong export division. You will have previous experience in Sales Administration in an export environment with a great eye for detail and highly developed organisational skills.
Main duties include:
Assisting with coordination of sales logistics to ensure packaging specifications meet business and market expectation.
Data entry and management including stock transfers, order processing and creating inventory.
Weekly Chain Sales Order processing.
Regular stock takes and reconciliation.
Responsible for the day to day administration tasks of the sales business, supporting the General Manager in various duties including, but not limited to trade domestic & export order processing.
Strong administration and computer literacy skills in Windows based applications.
Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision..
Export Industry experience is highly advantageous.
Possess a high level of organisational skills.

The role is a full-time position. Remuneration package offered based on applicants experience.
