About the facility
Barwon Health’s McKellar Centre is located only minutes from the centre of Geelong. The centre is a 100 bed inpatient facility offering rehabilitation in Palliative care, Geriatric evaluation and management, Stroke, Trauma, orthopaedic and amputee service. The McKellar Centre offers a range of professional aged care services. It is situated on a vibrant community asset with parkland surrounds and incorporates state of the art equipment.
About the role
As the successful applicant, you will undertake a range of administrative duties that support the provision of Continence services. You will be a skilled and capable clerical assistant with exceptional delivery of reception and office management services. You will work Monday to Friday within a supportive and dynamic team who value excellent communication, teamwork and professional values-based behaviours.
Duties of your role includes, but is not limited to:
- Answer telephones and respond effectively and appropriately to consumer enquiries.
- Facilitate improved client service through ongoing professional development.
- Maintain all files and records in an up-to-date and accurate manner to improve the efficiency of day-to-day activities.
