Our client Invicta Agency is a digital agency specialising in and creating powerful digital marketing and sales strategies for B2C, B2B and E-commerce companies


We are looking for a Head of Digital Operations who will be responsible for the stability and availability of all of systems and resources.


The role is key part of the Invicta Agency management team reporting directly to the Director and includes overseeing high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. They also analyse and improve organisational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.


You will be accountable for:

  • Working with the Director on strategy design and implementation.
  • Designing, implementing and governing all process and procedures to deliver quality services to their customers.
  • Minimising incidents and operational risk while maintaining the agility required for Invicta Agency to be first to market and execute their long-term strategic goals.
  • Optimising campaigns including reviewing reports and providing suggestions for improved campaign performance.
  • Raising the operational standards by creating better reporting templates, better process documentation, and filling organisational gaps as needed.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for staff and customers.
  • Focusing on understanding customer behaviour based on data and insights and engaging them while applying digital knowledge to all products and applications to create new solutions and products.
  • Managing resource allocations both effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensuring a staff of trained and engaged personnel to deliver on the companys strategy.
  • Maintaining the companys culture and customer standards to increase satisfaction scores


You will bring:

  • Well versed in a range of digital marketing disciplines (Search (Organic and Paid Ads), Social Advertising, Marketing Funnels/Automation, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Content Strategy) 
  • Highly analytical, is data driven and applies mathematical thinking to solve problems.  
  • Experienced from a broader agency background (not just general search/social media agency)
  • Some experience with automation platforms, either of HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo - possibly other higher complexity system


Additionally, you will be driven to create a high-performance culture and have strong management and leadership experience.
