Receptionist / Office Assistant

Rapid growth has opened this opportunity for an enthusiastic receptionist / office assistant to join our busy team.

 

We are a well-established Family owned and Operated business, providing Industrial bolting solutions and services from the Pilbara region to the south of the state and everywhere in between.

 

This full time permanent position is not just a standard run of the mill reception role. Duties will include but certainly not limited to front of office reception tasks.  You will also be required to assist with sales quotations, data entry, admin support for the hires and service departments.

 

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Excellent people skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail
  • Promptness and reliability
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Previous Reception experience
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Minimum class C drivers licence
