Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated team member to fulfill this position in our fast-paced Salamanca office.

Ideally, you will have the following attributes:

  • Certificate 3 in Business or similar; or relevant industry experience deemed equivalent to perform the requirements of the position
  • Ability to work independently and take direction as required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and members of the public
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
  • Skills with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with REX Software desirable
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years administration experience.

To be successful in this role, your attention to detail, organisational skills and presentation must be of the highest standard.  The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in the real estate industry.

You will be working with one of Hobarts leading real estate agencies in a vibrant, innovative, busy and fun environment.
