Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with superior graphic design skills and their finger on the pulse to join a company that is fast growing. The successful candidate will be entrusted to manage the day to day duties directly relating to branding and marketing, including but not limited to: website updates, social media, traditional and digital marketing campaigns, developing concepts to drive engagement and both maintain and enhance the online presence of our Group, all while utilizing your diverse set of graphic design skills. While you will be working alongside and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be given a strong sense of independence in this role including working from home if needed.


The role is varied and is fast paced. It is important that the candidate has:

  • Sufficient knowledge in the Microsoft Suite and Adobe design programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Competency with Canva, Wordpress and Mailchimp and creating EDM mailouts
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional creativity, originality and a strong visual sense
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (paid and organic) and be able to manage multiple accounts for the brand (writing content, creating graphics and ads, scheduling, posting and reporting)
  • Optimizing Google Analytics, SEO, SEM
  • Excellent written skills, ability to provide a strategic approach to marketing, interpersonal skills, time management and team player

More specifically, you will:

  • Create and design various marketing collateral, including but not limited to: flyers, brochures, social media graphics, EDM mailouts, logos
  • Manage brand storytelling through video content and written content creation
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and get them onboard with marketing initiatives, bring new ideas and initiatives to the table
  • Provide general marketing and administration support
  • Be the first point of contact for our website(s) and assist in content management and uploads
  • Monitor our social media involvement daily via respective website(s) to maintain correct and current information that is responded to in a timely manner and according to the brand standards of the company
  • Create, assist and send mail outs and administrative tasks where required
  • Provide reception relief (if required)
  • Have a strong understanding of Google Analytics and SEO, create scripts and videos, generate PR for the group, improve the Agencys online presence


To be successful in the role it is imperative that you have strong organisational skills with excellent workload management in order to work to strict deadlines.

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
