Internal Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking to appoint an experienced Recruiter to join our Adelaide CBD based Head Office team. Using Topgrading principles the role will ensure the best talent is found for our internal positions nationally.    

The job will involve:

  • End to end high volume recruitment
  • Conducting group interviews and assessment centres
  • Recruitment and selection, including interviewing, reference checking and validating qualifications/experience
  • Approaching potential candidates
  • Working on advertising and attraction strategies
  • Continual improvement in-line with best practice recruitment

You will be:

  • An experienced recruiter
  • A confident public speaker, with experience in conducting group interviews
  • Able to follow recruitment processes to achieve the best hire
  • Performance based able to select the best candidate for the job

Essential to this role:

  • High volume recruitment experience
  • The ability to work full time
  • Experience in commercial recruitment industry
  • Corporate presentation
