We are looking for a really experienced, strongly skilled Administrator wanting to transfer their skills by stepping into an HR support role. Marrickville location, $60k + super + salary packaging.
The purpose of this position is to recruit trainees from a refugee/asylum seeker background and support them through to secure, meaningful and permanent employment in the industry.
Reporting to the Head of People and Partnerships, this position will be supported by a team of experts in refugee, training, social/welfare support and be responsible for the following key areas:
Graduate Employment Coordination
Funding and Reporting
Coordination of Volunteers
Continuous Improvement of processes and procedures
To be successful in your application, you must have previous experience working in either HR or demonstrated Contracts Administration experience and strong communication skills.
