Receptionist/Executive Assistant

An opportunity exists for a highly organised and professionally mannered individual to join a growing accounting firm, which services businesses Australia-wide.

This position is a hybrid role comprising of both administrative and accounting work, on a full time basis.

The successful applicant will have:

  • common sense;
  • the ability to follow instructions;
  • exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Gmail;
  • an eye for detail;
  • strong organisational abilities; and
  • a confident, professional and proactive approach to work and client relationships.

Accounting knowledge and experience is highly regarded, but is not essential.
