Clerical Assistant

Your Role & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assisting Management, Administration & Accounts teams
  • General administrative duties
  • Help manage client enquiries - Phone & email
  • Filing of paperwork both hard-copy & electronic
  • Making outbound calls
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting with daily, weekly and monthly reporting/updates
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Mailing & banking runs
  • Assisting with other ad hoc tasks


Successful Candidates need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A flexible approach whilst being both punctual and reliable.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Programs)
  • Job experience is not necessary
