Administration/ Customer Service

The Company:

Our client is a recognised industry leader and continues to grow and achieve success and acclaim; they pride themselves on manufacturing and delivering high quality products and exceptional service to all their clients.  Due to recent changes they are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to support the Administration Manager

The Position:

This could be a very repetitive role at the beginning which will become varied over time  which will require you to be self-sufficient and supportive to one other with only two in the team 

The Duties:

  • Database management
  • Processing sales orders
  • Responding to calls and email inquiries around pricing, product information and stock availability
  • Warehouse administration - goods receipts, stock control, pick slips, invoicing, and credits
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Other administrative duties as required

The Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong initiative and willingness to assist others
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
