Finance & Administration Position 

 

Fosseys Distillery is currently looking to hire a highly motivated, flexible and experienced person for a new and exciting role of Finance & Administration

 

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Highly proficient in excel spreadsheets 
  • Experience in Xero preferred (or other system such as MYOB or Quickbooks)
  • Extremely organised 
  • The ability to facilitate with multiple departments
  • understand "Multi-tasking" with attention to detail.
  • clean, professional presentation
  • outgoing personality
  • reliable and motivated
  • high level communication skills, verbal and written

The role requirements will include but are not limited to: 

* Lodging quarterly BAS 

* Managing Accounts

* Online Banking.

* Sending and Receiving invoices 

* Monthly reports

* Answering phones and responding to emails 

* General administration duties

 

This role would be approx 20hours+ per week with flexible work times.
