Plan Administrator - Eastern Melbourne

Care Support Network (myCSN) is a registered provider of Support Coordination and Plan Management services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our Plan Management service involves assisting clients with the financial administration of their disability-related funding. Practically speaking, the Plan Administrator assists with processing claims for NDIS-related supports, monitoring NDIS Plan budgets and service agreements, generating expenditure reports, liaising with suppliers and service providers, and assisting clients to interpret their Plans.

The role will initially be part- time,  with scope for hours to increase over time and in line with the anticipated growth of the company.

Pre-requisites:  

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to respond to the needs, feedback and enquiries of myCSN clients.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the proven ability to vary communication style to suit the needs of the audience.
  • A strong attention to detail-orientated skills including proven ability to consistently maintain a high level of accuracy in work completed, coupled with the ability to identify inconsistencies, and implement appropriate remedial action. 
  • High standard of professional integrity and accountability with an ability to demonstrate and authentically promote myCSNs values.
  • Experience in high volume data entry would be a distinct advantage.

The successful applicant will be required to supply a current Employment Police Check and DWES check prior to the start date.

Please also note, myCSN is currently operating under the permitted work guidelines as directed by the Victorian Government. myCSN has a COVID-19 Safeplan in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff. The successful candidate will be required to adhere to the guidelines of said requirement.
