Experienced Cabin Check & Trainers, 20.11 Instructors and Cabin Managers

Narrow Bodied Aircraft - Based in Sydney

REX Australia's largest independent regional airline is seeking expressions of interest from experienced industry professionals to join our Flight Attendant Implementation Team.

These positions are based in Sydney and will assist the Flight Attendant Implementation Team with activities around flying and Instructor/Check & Training duties.

We are looking for people with recent narrow body aircraft experience who have:

  • Previously held CAO 20.11 instrument approval
  • Conducted Crew Emergency Procedure Training (initial and annual)
  • Experience in Cabin Crew Line Training
  • Experience in Cabin Crew Checks
  • Experience as a Cabin Manager/On-board Leader/Cabin Service Manager
  • A minimum 2 years flying experience which must include experience in one of the above roles
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Customer service experience
  • A high standard of physical fitness (inc must be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device for 50m)
  • Flexibility (working hours will vary and will include weekends and public holidays)
  • A high level of personal presentation
  • A natural willingness to please and care for people.
