We now have an opening for an Accounts Payable / Office All Rounder


About the role

Seeking an Accounts Payable / Office All Rounder to:

Support colleagues in all areas of importing, sales and invoicing

All areas in Accounts Payable

Processing supplier invoices and statements (entering into our financial system)

Support imports department with shipment arrivals and processing costings

Shipping knowledge an advantage but training will be provided

Local purchases, stock entries and stationery ordering

Assisting with invoicing when required

Keeping office supply stock levels up to date


Working days and hourly rate

3 days per week

Mondays and 2 days (flexible)

9am to 5pm

Part time

$30 per hour + super


About you

Must be willing and able to assist suppliers

Must present and communicate in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel

Must be self-motivated to work independently on own tasks as well as within a team
