We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor for a short-term assignment until December for one of our utilities clients located near Perth CBD. They are ideally looking for this person to start ASAP.
The Role Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Take ownership of a portfolio within the business Recruiting between 20-30 jobs at any one time Creating/ posting job adverts Attending interviews with hiring managers Creating offers for successful candidates Following strict guidelines and legislation Following company processes (police check, medicals, VEVO check) Ensuring 100% compliance is adhered to Liaise with key stakeholders within the business to understand their recruitment requirements Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner
Experience Required Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (ideally internal recruitment) Experience recruiting for white collar roles Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance At least 2 years experience liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs MUST have drivers licence
