The Company

MJM provides high quality contract labour to tier1 mining companies across Australia and has a locally based workshop in Horsham. Working for large mining corporations requires accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job, from data entry to mechanical servicing the MJM team provides.

Main Duties:

  • Customer Service and general administration
  • Assist with Job Tracking - purchase orders, supplier invoices, supplier statements
  • Assist with Payroll job starts, process timesheets, allowances, deductions, reporting and addressing employee queries
  • Assist with Branding website and social media maintenance, MJM documents, merchandise, and assets.
  • Maintain office supplies and stock levels
  • HR administration Recruitment, advertising, position descriptions, employee onboarding, inductions, employee records, travel and accommodation bookings and maintaining HR stock supplies at optimum levels.

Key Selection Criteria

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Proven knowledge of HR and accounts administration
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver administrative support
  • Demonstrated ability working with databases and multi-level systems
  • Experience working in a customer service role

Qualifications

  • Certificate qualification in administration or HR will be an advantage
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Australian Federal Police Check
