Due to our ever-growing portfolio of awarded projects, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious EA|PA. To work alongside our CEO on a range of projects and provide executive support and assistance in an innovative and forward thinking company.
Reporting to the CEO, this is your opportunity to accelerate your career and work with one of the industry’s best.
The role will provide EA|PA support to the CEO, which will include but will not be limited to:
Effectively manage emails and arrange calendar appointments and organise company events.
Travel bookings and accommodation.
Prepare and distribute documentation, presentations, reports and company communication.
Answer phones, greet visitors, prepare the boardroom for meetings.
Manage memberships and accreditations.
Take minutes at Executive meetings and committees including coordination of papers, and assist with action item resolution.
Lead and contribute to process improvement, update administrative practices, provide project support to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Assist with unscheduled projects and as required, assist other departments with administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key clients and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
You Must have
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an EA|PA.
Tertiary qualification (desirable).
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral and are able to prepare professional documents and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
Highly organised and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
