Office Administrator

Avanti Fire is a well-established Fire Installation and Service based company providing Essential Fire Safety Services for Commercial, Residential and Industrial buildings.

We are looking for a proactive, motivated administration officer to join the hardworking and professional team based at our Baulkham Hills office.  

This administration and customer service role is an integral part of the business and the applicant must show a high level of organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.

This role requires:

  • Previous experience in an administration role is preferred but not essential.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Sound Administration and customer service skills.
  • Data entry, preparing logs and reports.
  • Coordinate incoming electronic mail.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • High level of verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise work and multitask.
  • Demonstrated IT literacy, proficiency in the MS Office package and a willingness to learn new software programs.
  • A "can-do" attitude and high level of initiative.
  • Reliable work ethics.

Hours of work is from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
