Monday to Friday AM START 5 AM - 3PM

Looking for an interesting job in transport & logistics.  We are a family owned and operated transport company looking to expand our office team.

We are seeking a reliable and competent person with a 'can do/positive attitude'.

Experience not necessary as training will be given.  If you are an excellent organiser and love to deal with people, this job is for you !

Duties  will include:

Help in organising a fleet of approx. 20 drivers with deliveries and communicating with agents and clients.

Booking of timeslots for the wharf - Sydney based only.

Ensure containers are collected, received and delivered within the desired frame times.

Accurate recording of job notes within relevant online systems.

Management of fleet drivers with online system and timesheets.

Monitoring jobs within the system.

Successful applicants should possess the following:

Good computer skills and pleasant phone manner.

An ability to work in a demanding environment, a proactive approach to get the job done.

Excellent verbal and organisation skills.

Must be flexible, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Applicant must be motivated and have the ability to work as a team player and work unsupervised also.

Holder of a current drivers license, parking on premises.

This is a full time permanent position with a 2 month probationary period.

Salary will be advised upon experience, Holidays, super and personal leave included also.
