The Role:
As an experienced Scheduler, responsibilities of this position include:

  • Direct reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate information to assist technicians
  • Scheduling several technicians to particular sites - residential/commercial
  • Drafting and reviewing contractor quotes and producing PO's when required
  • Overseeing equipment use and resource requirements

What We Need:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience as a Scheduler/Service Coordinator
  • Be Client focused and a personable individual
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to think-outside-the-box and problem solve
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
