The Role: As an experienced Scheduler, responsibilities of this position include:
Direct reporting to the Operations Manager
Tracking and maintaining accurate information to assist technicians
Scheduling several technicians to particular sites - residential/commercial
Drafting and reviewing contractor quotes and producing PO's when required
Overseeing equipment use and resource requirements
What We Need: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
Previous experience as a Scheduler/Service Coordinator
Be Client focused and a personable individual
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to think-outside-the-box and problem solve
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
