Sales assistant & Administration Support

Factory Pools Perth is part of the Barrier Reef Group. We are looking for a Sales Assistant who can also provide Admin Support to our sales team at our O'Connor display centre.

This role will see you completing a variety of tasks to support the sales process and ensure an outstanding experience for our customers. You must be confident, authentic, with a pleasant manner and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining and updating our customer database
  • Completing and submitting swimming pool applications to local shires and councils
  • Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in retail sales
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to read site plans (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience using Visio (preferred but not essential)

This is a part time position working Tuesday 10am - 4pm, Thursday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm.

You must be flexible and able to work extra days when required.
