Factory Pools Perth is part of the Barrier Reef Group. We are looking for a Sales Assistant who can also provide Admin Support to our sales team at our O'Connor display centre.
This role will see you completing a variety of tasks to support the sales process and ensure an outstanding experience for our customers. You must be confident, authentic, with a pleasant manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Maintaining and updating our customer database
Completing and submitting swimming pool applications to local shires and councils
Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
To be successful you will need:
Experience in retail sales
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to read site plans (preferred but not essential)
Experience using Visio (preferred but not essential)
This is a part time position working Tuesday 10am - 4pm, Thursday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm.
You must be flexible and able to work extra days when required.
