The company

We are a technology start up established by a team of experienced and knowledgeable people who are passionate about the renewable energy industry. We offer well-engineered solar solutions to help local businesses optimise their electricity usage and save on their electricity bills. We focus on innovative products with the latest state of the art technologies that is revolutionising the solar panel industry. One of the Director is a CEC Accredited installer with an in-house installation team and hence, we can provide a complete turn key solution.  

The Role

With at least 4 years experience and existing network in the Australian commercial & industrial solar market, you will be responsible for growing our market share through converting leads into sales and developing new business in the sector. You will be working with promotion and delivering marketing strategies to business clients. In return, you will be provided with strong engineering and administrative support to be able to achieve high sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Generating quality leads to develop and close project sales in the commercial & industrial solar sector.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for rooftop PV solar systems and battery storage products.
  • Conducting client visits, preparing and presenting business proposals.
  • Managing the client relationship to ensure all service levels are complying with customer requirements.
  • Monitoring industry trends and conducting industry market research and analysis.
  • Building project pipeline 

Requirements for the role;

  • At least 4 years experience in commercial & industrial solar sector in Australia and a practical knowledge in solar products and systems.
  • Keen to work for a start up and advance the commercial & industrial section of the business. 
  • A passion for solar and renewable energy and a keen interest in innovative products.
  • Confidence and proven experience to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to and influence people at different levels.
