In this fast-paced role, you will be working within a small team handling call centre recruitment for our Sydney branch, and providing support to our NZ call centre. This role calls for bundles of energy and great communication skills.

 You will be responsible for the following:

  • Over the phone screening and booking suitable candidates for group interviews.
  • Running group interviews.
  • Liaising with call centre management to fulfill hiring needs.
  • New employee induction.
  • Writing and posting job advertisements.
  • Conducting reference checks.
