Winners of multiple industry awards including Large Residential Agency 4 or more offices at the 2020 REIQ Awards, Laguna Real Estate continues to grow and has an opportunity for an experienced Sales Admin/Support person to join the team on an immediate start.

With 4 offices across the Sunshine Coast, you will be based in one of our Noosa offices providing direct support to a busy team of Sales Agents. This full time position will require a sharp mind, up to date with current legislation and a strong ability to prioritise and control workflow in this busy and challenging role. You will be polished, professional and well-spoken as you will be communicating with clientele every day as well as being organised, have a high level of aptitude with respect to technology, have a great attention to detail and be able to multi-task.  A current real estate certificate or licence is a must as you will need to hit the ground running from day one.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

       Preparing listing authorities and renewals.      

       Producing appraisal documentation and pre-listing

        kits.

       Preparing marketing programs and budgets.

       Data entry into Laguna's comprehensive database.

       Preparing listings for market including co-ordinating .

        photography, ordering signs, etc.

       Provision of complete support to Sales agents.

       General reception duties and directing calls as

        required.

       Provision of IT assistance to sales team.

Real Estate and PA experience is essential and you must have a valid Real Estate Certificate. Salary to be discussed based on experience.
