The role Due to the rapid growth and the number of projects they have in the pipeline, our client is now looking for an experienced and driven business development expert who has a proven track record in property sales and or procuring sales from network channels.
Their responsibilities include not are not limited to:
Ability to Build & sustain new business relationships
Oversee on-boarding & training processes for new sales channels
Manage your external selling groups on existing projects
Be on the road present Current projects to your selling agents
Skills & experience To be considered for this role you will require :-
Consistent track record in property investment sales
Ability to communicate and present clearly
High level of networking and customer service
Skilled to think strategically and work autonomously
A whatever it takes attitude

A base of $65k plus super is on offer plus a very attractive commission overrider with the potential to earn between $150k and $250k per annum.
