Sales Support Administrator

Your new company
This high performing company is currently expanding their Newcastle Office and are seeking an additional Sales Support Officer to support their existing team. They promote a strong and cohesive environment and strive for excellence within their industry.

This is a permanent opportunity to start immediately or with notice.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • You will be directly responsible for managing up to 3 sales agents
  • Manage all administration for listings
  • Providing a high level of customer service by assisting with industry related queries
  • Schedule appointments and diary management
  • Manage a high volume of workload
  • Filing, scanning and archiving of documents
  • Any secretarial or administrative duties to support the team as requested
  • Desirable - managing trust accounts


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working within the property / real estate industry
  • Current real estate licence or working towards
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills
  • An ability to form strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Adhere to strict guidelines and prioritise in 'real time'
