Customer Service Trainee

We are looking for Customer Service Trainees to join us in our Customer Service Hub. 

These traineeship roles involve working full time whilst completing a nationally accredited Certificate III in Business. 

Key duties of this role include:

  • Answering and directing inbound phone calls
  • Making outbound phone calls
  • Data entry and updating records
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Monitoring and tracking reports
  • Providing Post Placement Support to candidates and employers

  • A great telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
  • A minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
