The Role

Due to current growth and business demand, we are currently seeking a motivated, results focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

You will be responsible for the coordination of recruitment campaigns and supporting functions of the talent acquisition and onboarding process. Specifically on a day to day basis you will be responsible for:  

  • Driving the recruitment process for all positions across the Company (screen, acknowledge, shortlist, interview candidates etc.);
  • Implement and coordinate candidate pre-employment checks (personality profiling, testing, medicals, references);
  • Devise and review recruitment strategies to attract the right people;
  • Establish talent pools for future roles;
  • Maintain the recruitment tracker and onboarding register, and regularly brief stakeholders on recruitment updates/ activities;
  • Liaise regularly with Hiring Managers throughout Australia;
  • Preparation of Letters of Offer and Employment Agreements;
  • Support the onboarding process (train departments in onboarding requirements, follow up to ensure departments are prepared for employees first day, check in with new employee, ensure all paperwork required is returned);
  • Conduct all inductions/ orientations of new employees at the Canning Vale branch; and
  • At times, provide administrative support to the HR manager.

The Person

To be successful in this role you will be friendly, proactive and dependable, with the ability to liaise, engage and maintain positive internal and external relationships. You will thrive in a fast paced environment with the proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.

In addition you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a recruitment role;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Highly adept interpersonal, relationship and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure and changeable environment effectively, with minimal supervision;
  • Demonstrated organisational and time managements skills, with the ability to meet deadlines;
  • A high attention to detail and be someone who notices the little things; and
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar is desirable.
