At First Five Group, we are all about bringing in passionate people into our business. We are seeking an Invoicing and Contracts Administrator to join us and assist the Corporate Finance Team.
About the role:
As an Invoicing and Contracts Administrator, you will bring your experience in accounts administration ideally gained working in a similar role where you have been undertaking tasks such as electronic filing, invoicing and allocation of payments to customer accounts.
This role is based in our corporate head office reporting directly to our Group Accountant and is a full time position in Brisbane. This role will suit those who enjoy administration, extremely organised, client focused and a self-starter. This role will support the Finance Team and hours are 8.00am to 4pm.If you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP or Xero would be highly regarded.
Module and Contract Invoicing for F5M which includes the following: -
Module Billing List Invoicing
Contract set up and maintenance including job register recording
Processing Credit Notes
Invoices and Renewals at the beginning of each month (1st of Month Invoicing)
End of Month Portfolio Invoicing
Retail Shop Invoices being reconciled and raised
SPOT Platform Sales input into GP
First Action First of month invoices and maintenance of Billing Schedule
First Action Design invoices
Sorting Accounts Mailboxes
Sorting remittances and filing electronically
First 5 Minutes receipting
Sharp Upload from Axcelerate to GP
Other duties as required and requested within the Finance team
You will be motivated, organised and keen to make a positive contribution. This role will suit those with exceptional account administration skills and willing to commit to a full time role.
Skills and experience:
Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as to actively participate in and effectively contribute to a team environment.
Exceptional account and or/administration skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and or Xero would be ideal
Must be self-starter
This is an excellent role for a professional Administrator with exceptional technical skills, a strong sense of urgency and a great sense of humour!
