An excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Station Manager to make an impact and drive production outcomes.
Based at Cawnalmurtee Station, near White Cliffs, NSW, you will be responsible for 13,000 Merino ewes. The region has received good rain and the outlook is good for the next season.
There is a need for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated person to independently undertake all management aspects of the business.
The range of required duties includes coordinating shearing and crutching operations, general livestock husbandry, mustering, property maintenance, coordination of stock for sale and record keeping.
The right person for this role will see the potential opportunities within the business and manage the enterprise as if it was you own.

You will bring to this role:
Experience in a similar pastoral station management role,
Experience with best practice wool production and low stress stock handling,
Proven leadership, communication and management skills,
Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery, and
Desire to improve enterprise productivity and profitability.

Please note: There is the option to negotiate work for the Station Managers partner. Role and hours can be negotiated.
