Administration Officer

Are you an experienced Administration Officer with experience in rostering and payroll If you thrive in a fast paced role, have strong attention to detail and are customer focused, you may be the perfect addition to our Toowoomba team!

You will:

  • issue the fortnightly roster and fill vacant shifts with appropriately skilled staff (flagging the need to recruit additional casuals to reduce agency usage);
  • communicate with team members regarding roster changes/requests;
  • process leave requests, answer staff queries and check the fortnightly payroll before sending it to the centralised Payroll team for processing;
  • assist with admissions enquiries as required;
  • provider other administration support to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.

You will need:

  • Strong rostering experience, ideally with previous experience using Kronos;
  • Ability to understand and interpret agreements;
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft office suite;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Flu vaccination and current police clearance are essential;
