An opportunity currently exists in our North Ryde head office for an experienced, customer service professional to join our team on a 6 month contract to replace an employee on leave.
You will be required to interact with our customers and our service and sales team to ensure smooth and timely resolution of product related incidents and proactively inform customers about the status of work we are doing for them in a positive and professional manner within the Medical and University fields.
The key responsibilities for this position includes (but not limited to):
Manage incoming calls and emails from customers in your territory
Schedule and manage incidents to appropriate service engineers in a timely manner to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance works
Provide professional, clear and concise communications throughout job to all stakeholders
Ensure the scheduling of service engineers is coordinated to reduce the total travel time and non-productive time
Enter service requests and record all information in our internal CRM database
The key skills required for this role include:
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service, office administration support role
Customer first attitude and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
Comprehensive information capture supported by strong administration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
Proactive approach and willingness to assist others and contribute as a team for the best outcome to our customers and business
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and database management
Ability to learn basic technical features and common faults to assist customers with basic trouble shooting
