The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, as well as building and implementing coherent marketing processes. This role will create and adopt optimum experiences and will be involved in all aspects of marketing operations such as strategy, planning, implementation and monitoring.
The role entails promoting strong relationships with internal and external clients, as well as driving a positive customer experience.
The Key Responsibilities include:
Corporate brand management including positioning, communication and strategy.
Sub-brand management, positioning and communication.
Customer database and loyalty management.
Preparation of national flyers and distribution.
Retail instore execution
Social media management, advertising and communication.
E-commerce site management and revenue growth
B2B marketing and customer acquisition
Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
3-5 years of marketing experience in a similar role including B2B
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media or communications
Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
Experience using Adobe Creative Products is advantageous but not essential
Experience with implementing marketing activities to B2B and B2C online channels
A high standard of business communication
Strong analytics and numeracy skills with advanced knowledge of excel
Passion for data, testing and learning
Enthusiastic and proactive
Strong attention to detail
Can do attitude with ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
