About the role
Looking for purpose and innovation in what you do We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate digital marketing and product manager to join our team. The team is small yet punches well above its weight in the international Parkinson's space. This position will be integral in the business to build out digital campaigns and product launches to drive revenue.
You will be joining at an exciting time for the company and will play a key role in bringing new partners and licensees to PD Warrior working alongside the Marketing Director and the CEO.
The key responsibilities include:
eDM & Automation database segmentation, optimising communications, Improving customer conversions, and personalised communications (solid understanding of Ontraport desired)
Ability to build emails as well as develop an overall email and SMS strategy that includes: Audience segmentation based on behaviours and profiles, Email and SMS campaigns and email/SMS drips, Email/SMS timing
Report on activity and ROI of completed campaigns
Digital advertising Work with consultant to manage, monitor and drive optimisations of overall performance and ROA (Search ads, Social, remarketing, shop, YouTube).
Good understanding of email IP reputation and maintenance
Solid understanding of the components of an effective and compelling email, including: email copy, email design (e.g. visual hierarchy), subject lines, Pre-headers, CTAs
Hands-on product management role requiring an understanding of technology such as Clubworx & Affiliate programs working with offshore developer to bring new products to life
Commercial acumen with understanding and ability to analyse campaign performance
Provide product requirements and other materials as needed to support UX design and development, ensuring UX design is optimised to meet customer and business needs
Skills and experience
A relevant tertiary/undergraduate qualification (preferably in marketing/communications or business) and a minimum of 4 years in marketing, preferably with the following
Experience with CRM essential, Ontraport preferred
Experience with product launch and evaluation
Proficient written communication and copywriting skills
Experience with managing social media pages for companies and generating content
Event and integrated campaign management
Organised, self-motivated with attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Fitness or Healthcare experience
