Gypsy Hub is an experienced production group and solution provider working across multiple sites within the beverage industry. Partnering with makers and start-ups across the country, we have brought many award-winning products to life including our own under the Craft and Co and Concrete and Clay brands. We work closely with brewers, distillers, and winemakers Australia wide to develop recipes and grow them to commercial scale.

Gypsy Hub is a multi-site operation business providing third party contracting services for bottling, canning, and packaging for the beverage industry. 

As a division of The Beverage Food Group, our business covers many facets and scales, from local, artisan home making all the way though to international, industrial scale, commercial facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set-up the bottling and packaging lines to product specification and close line.
  • Working closely with the Production Manager ensure dry goods are available throughout the run. 
  • Working closely with the Production Manager ensure that the bottling/packaging schedule is delivered and in line with product specifications. 
  • Train and supervise line operators.
  • Ensure line operators adhere to all OH&S, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices.
  • Undertake manual handling and some heavy (assisted) lifting of products. 
  • Complete Production Paperwork including regular QA checks to a high standard. 
  • Basic technical support and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
  • Co-ordinate maintenance program as required.  
  • Operate forklift to transfer dry goods as required. 
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment efficiency and quality output. 
  • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organised including contributing to waste management.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested and within competencies, including assisting with warehouse operations if required. 


  • Current Forklift licence.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role. 
  • Bottling/Packaging experience in beverage manufacturing is essential.  (Wine, spirits, beer and carbonated soft drinks).
  • Blending of carbonated soft drinks is favourable, but not essential.
  • Experience with dry goods inventory control.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced problem solving and fault-finding abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members. 
  • Ability to accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out duties in an efficient and timely manner.
