About Us

MPOT/Access Fitness, is a division of the Torrens Health group.   We are seeking an experienced administrator & a proven team player to join our small group as a Service Support Officer.  Strong communication skills & a positive outlook will be essential, along with customer service experience. 

As an allied health and rehabilitation company we specialise in the provision of focused rehabilitation programs for those with injury or illness.  Our team consists of a dedicated group of health professionals committed to delivering the best treatment and support to our clients.

The position entails:

  • Entering referrals, data entry & database maintenance
  • Scheduling
  • Payments and invoicing
  • Financial reporting
  • Quality Assurance of all reports
  • Hands on admin support to the team
  • Reception coverage

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong experience using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint & general office procedures & MYOB experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative
  • Attention to detail & outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload & meet tight deadlines

A Certificate III in Business/Office Administration would be highly regarded along with 2 years experience in a similar role within the medical/legal field.
