Due to the expansion of our Payroll Division, Prosperity Advisers have the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated Junior Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role supports our Payroll Officers and is the perfect opportunity if you have started your career path in payroll and want exposure to a variety of client industries and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities in this role include

  • Assisting with end to end payroll processing of a high volume of clients.
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reporting and invoicing.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to both employees and external relations.
  • Responding to payroll enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Digitally filing confidential payroll information.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have -

  • Exposure to payroll processing and possess strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite, computerised accounting and banking systems.
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities and enjoy a challenge. 
  • Possess strong communication skills along with A1 client service.
  • Accurate data processing and administration skills.
  • Previous experience with Ascender Preceda or Xero will be looked upon favourably.
