The Position

Our growing Screen Business is looking for a talented and dynamic Sales Representative with a great attitude and a passion Selling.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing for of our security products range.  While the office is  based in Cleveland with a second display in South Brisbane, the role is predominantly mobile across Greater Brisbane and possibly a some Gold Coast work. Leads are provided by the office although a track record of independent lead generation would be an advantage. The right applicant will have extensive industry knowledge, be well presented, have great people skills, be self-motivated and an effective collaborator and communicator. 

Utilizing your previous experience and developed skills to hit the existing sales funnel at full throttle you will demonstrate your ability to convert prospects into customers, providing clients with accurate, meaningful advice and delivering great outcomes for our clients, the company, and ultimately yourself.

  • Full time (Monday to Friday)
  • Immediate start
  • Salary commensurate with experience 
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Car, fuel, phone etc is supplied

Key Accountabilities:

  • Servicing provided leads
  • Managing quote bookings
  • Measuring security windows and doors providing a quote to the customer in person and via our back-office system
  • Accuracy is a must and you need to be able to produce production ready dimensions while onsite.
  • A valid and current Drivers Licence with a good driving history
  • Self-motivation and a strong passion to learn and grow within a great business
  • The drive to be part of a motivated team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great work ethic and positive attitude towards the role
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and meet deadlines
  • Reporting to the Directors
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by sharing ideas, participating in team meetings, raising issues, questioning the way we do things and offering solutions

  • Ad hoc duties as required
