What can our program do for you
We are dedicated to supporting youwith an ideal platform to launch your careerby offering 'real life' work experience across a range of specialist disciplines. Supporting experienced Engineers, you will gather and work with data to make a valued contribution to asset management, and you will have opportunities to visit to operational sites to see our substations and transmission lines at work to keep the lights on for more than 4 million Queenslanders.
Employment in the program is due to commence on 23 November 2020 and will run for a period of thirteen weeks on a full-time basis.
You are an enthusiastic undergraduate student who will be continuing and maybe even completing your degree in 2021 within one of the following disciplines:
- Engineering Electrical
- Engineering Civil / Structural
Data is your middle name. Not literally, but you love data, statistics and spreadsheets, and you have advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic (VB) programming.
