Client Service Advisors

Join a Global Aged Care Provider, Flexible working arrangements / / Salary packaging, Located in Kelvin Grove, QLD.We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced Client Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre team based in Kelvin Grove. You will provide an excellent customer experience for the Residential Aged care, Retirement Living and At Home Support clients of Bolton Clarke.
  
You will support the client in their choice of engagement and offer a personalised experience with high first contact resolution of queries and requests.  

We have both part-time and full-time roles available to accommodate your schedule. 

In your new position you will:  

  • Provide our clients with a professional service in a clear, accurate, and timely manner over the phone and online
  • Be responsible for the end to end customer interaction to maximise customer satisfaction ensuring the customer receives timely solutions
  • Respond to complaints, resolve customer issues and find solutions to customer problems in a timely manner
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, actively listening and be solution focused
  • Build positive relationships with clients ensuring a quality experience
  • Accurately record all relevant information across many systems
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a high volume fast paced multifunctional and multichannel environment  

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in customer service and or a contact centre
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with experience in building and maintaining effective relationships
  • Proven experience in communicating effectively and ability to convey information through different channels articulately and professionally
  • Recent experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application (preferred)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills in an omni channel environment with excellent telephone and email/written communication skills
  • Ability to use multiple applications and screen views and pick up new computer systems quickly
