K C Equipment Murwillumbah currently has a part time position available for a Administration Officer to assist in the day to day workings of the branch
The role primarily focuses on administration and reception-based tasks and is critical to the effective management of the dealerships activities.
The successful applicant will be capable of handling a high level of responsibility, and will possess the confidence to communicate with our customers, managers and staff effectively.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Reception duties - both phone and showroom first point of contact
- General administrative duties
- Workshop job invoicing and account enquiries
- Preparation of quotations
- Timecard entry
- Wholegoods Inventory receival
